The TagMaster LR-6XL is an advanced 2.45 GHz RFID reader optimized for access control in demanding traffic environments requiring extended read range—up to 14 meters. It is particularly suited for wide gates, heavy-duty vehicle access, and integration with security systems, scales, and industrial infrastructure.
With its rugged and compact all-in-one design, the LR-6XL combines an integrated antenna and controller in a single unit. Running on a Linux platform, the reader supports multiple standard interfaces including Ethernet, RS232, RS485, OSDP, and Wiegand—providing great flexibility and seamless integration with external systems such as cameras, barriers, and sensors.
Certified for outdoor use (IP66), the LR-6XL can be configured both locally and remotely via internet access. It supports Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) and operates license-free worldwide, making it a strong fit for international installations.
