Rhenus FU 755 is a water-miscible EP metalworking fluid based on mineral oil. As a second-generation coolant free from amines and boric acid, it offers a wide range of machining applications, especially for non-ferrous metals, and provides maximum protection for both operator and machine. Rhenus FU 755 is specifically formulated for machining non-ferrous materials (copper alloys such as brass, mixed operations). Rhenus FU 755 also offers advantages for other materials with a risk of increased heavy metal leaching. For optimal use, the emulsion must be effectively filtered.
