Rhenus SSL is a modern cutting and spray lubricant free from mineral oil and chlorine. Application: Rhenus SSL is finely sprayed using compressed air units. Although only a minimal amount of oil is applied, excellent results can be achieved in machining and non-cutting operations on steel and non-ferrous materials. Due to its high lubricity additives, Rhenus SSL can be used for drilling, milling, broaching, sawing, and grinding operations. Rhenus SSL is suitable, for example, for minimal quantity lubrication in the manufacture of copper and copper-nickel tubes. Rhenus SSL largely evaporates without leaving residues, as only very small quantities are applied, eliminating disposal costs.
