ROMAX NANO iJAW press jaw set with U contour and nominal sizes of 16, 20, and 25 mm is ideal for system-compatible pressing of fittings for metal pipe systems. Each press jaw is equipped with an integrated RFID sensor that enables reliable real-time communication with the press machine. This makes it possible to identify the specific press jaw during use and store all pressing operations directly in the jaw – even when used on different NANO machines.
The stored data can be read, transferred, and archived via the ROTHENBERGER app. The advanced DURA LAZR TEC technology, which uses partial laser hardening, ensures both extended service life and precise pressings. It reduces wear on the press contour and doubles the number of pressings compared to the previous model.
Quality is maintained throughout the entire lifetime thanks to improved corrosion protection, and the 3-bolt synchronous mechanism allows the press jaw to be opened easily and effortlessly – even with just one finger.
