SabetoFLEX Flashing Roll is a self-vulcanizing, radon-, water- and vapor-tight, corrosion-protective PIB membrane supplied in rolls. The flashing roll has a three-layer construction with a UV- and weather-resistant top layer, an aluminum mesh core and a backing that self-vulcanizes during installation and adheres to almost all types of construction materials. Remember to heat-treat the surface using a heat gun or gas torch. At reverse overlaps and transitions to other materials, seal along the edge with SabetoFIX Universal installation adhesive. The material is 80% flexible in the rolling direction and 30% across its width. Withstands minor vibrations. No leaching of PFAS or other toxic substances. 100% recyclable.
