The integrated temperature sensor protects against overheating, while advanced overvoltage, overcurrent and overpower protection adds extra safety to daily use. With built-in schedules, countdown timers and sunrise/sunset control, you can fully automate any connected device.
The Shelly Plug M Gen3 is set up and controlled easily through the Shelly Smart Control app or your preferred smart home system. Shelly devices work 100% locally and only require a local network to operate. With built-in Matter support, the Shelly Plug M Gen3 can be used standalone in the Shelly Smart Control app or with more than 200 partner systems such as Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Home Assistant, Samsung SmartThings, Athom Homey and many more.
The Shelly Plug M Gen3 connects to the internet or local network via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and works as a Wi-Fi range extender. The built-in Bluetooth gateway makes the device ready to receive data from Shelly's battery-powered Bluetooth sensors, and advanced users can take advantage of scripting, MQTT, webhooks and virtual components for tailored automations — all running directly on the device.
