Sila 205AL is a collapsible airlock that allows for quick, safe, and easy setup of your work zone. Developed in close collaboration with the asbestos removal industry, Sila 205AL makes it easier to meet the requirements of the Danish Working Environment Authority for asbestos remediation (AFS-2006:1 and AFS 2020:1).
Sila 205AL offers extended connection options to the asbestos zone. Chamber A can be replaced, and openings can be made on both the right and left sides.
Quick Assembly: The airlocks are quickly assembled with foldable PVC pipes, stabilizing the structure.
Connections: The airlocks have three chambers, which can be arranged in an I or L shape. There are cutouts for airlock vacuum cleaners.
High Safety: The air intake flaps open automatically when the correct pressure is reached in the zone and close when it drops too low.
Security: All doors are equipped with magnetic seals for tight closure. Chamber C's door is fitted with a coded lock to prevent unauthorized access.
Sila 205AL has three different chambers:
Chamber A: Features a vacuum hose outlet for easy cleaning access. Hooks for hanging items are available.
Chamber B: The shower area is equipped with hooks for the showerhead and has a replaceable PVC shower base. Greywater can be drained through pipes, allowing for the connection of a wet vacuum. A mirror and clothing hooks are also provided.
Chamber C: The main door is equipped with a coded lock to prevent unauthorized entry into the work zone. Hooks for hanging clothing are mounted inside the chamber.
