Sila 305AL is a collapsible airlock designed for quick, safe, and easy setup of your work zone. The airlocks were developed in close collaboration with the asbestos removal industry. Sila 305AL makes it easier to comply with the requirements set by the Danish Working Environment Authority for asbestos remediation (AFS-2006:1 and AFS 2020:1).
Sila 305AL offers extended connection options to the asbestos zone. In addition to the features of Sila 200AL and 300AL, chamber A can be replaced, and openings are available on both the right and left sides.
Quick Assembly: The airlocks are assembled quickly with foldable PVC pipes that stabilize the structure.
Connections: The airlocks have three chambers, which can be arranged in an I or L shape. There are cutouts for airlock vacuum cleaners.
High Safety: The air intake flaps open automatically when the correct pressure in the zone is reached and close when the pressure is too low.
Security: All doors are equipped with magnetic seals to ensure tight closure. The door to chamber C is fitted with a coded lock to prevent unauthorized access.
Sila 305AL has three different chambers:
Chamber A: Features an outlet for a vacuum hose for easy cleaning access. Hooks for hanging items are available.
Chamber B: The shower area is equipped with hooks for the showerhead and has a replaceable PVC shower base. Greywater can be drained through pipes, allowing for the connection of a wet vacuum. A mirror and clothing hooks are also provided.
Chamber C: The main door has a coded lock to prevent unauthorized entry into the work zone. Inside, there are hooks for hanging clothing.
