BÖHLER EMK 6-Ultra is a copper-coated SG2 (G3Si1 / ER70S-6) solid MIG/MAG welding wire for joining unalloyed and fine-grain structural steels. With optimized chemistry, carefully controlled raw materials, and advanced manufacturing processes, the wire is designed to provide consistent wire feeding and stable welding performance. EMK 6-Ultra is suitable for steel grades such as S235, S275, and S355 and is widely used in steel construction, mechanical engineering, pipework, tank and vessel fabrication, and shipbuilding.
