SpeedControl 80 E - variable electronic controller for speed control of ventilators and pumps or for adjustment of other AC1 or inductive loads e.g. lamps or iron core transformers.
This unit has been developed with a view to minimize energy loss in the controller, and the power output has been designed according to proven electronic control principles for optimal operational reliability. The input is galvanic separated from mains supply to protect the users and connected low voltage components and cables.
The unit is controlled by an external operating potentiometer or by a 0-10V DC input signal. Minimum and maximum output voltage as well as soft start are adjustable on internal trimmers. Equipped with integrated start/stop input.
An integrated power supply is able to supply both reference and supply voltage for connected control equipment, e.g. MultiController E.
An operating potentiometer may be equipped with a switch which - in minimum position - turns off the controller's output signal. The switch may also be installed in such a way that it turns off the controller independently of the potentiometer setting or the input control signal.
The controller comes in a grey cabinet with cable glands.
