TW45-F is a threaded thermowell/protection tube for installing a temperature sensor or thermometer in process applications. The thermowell protects the sensor from the process medium and allows sensor replacement without direct contact with the process.
Important selection information:
• Process connection: G 1/2 B male thread for screw-in mounting into the process
• Connection to sensor/thermometer: G 1/2 female thread
• U1 is the thermowell insertion length: 182 mm
• Overall thermowell length L = U1 + 28 mm = 210 mm
• Suitable sensor/thermometer stem length incl. thread: l1 = U1 + 18 mm = 200 mm
• The sensor thread must match the thermowell internal thread
• The sensor stem diameter must be smaller than the thermowell inner diameter (approx. Ø7 mm)
