Triarca’s IC Connection Set contains four touch safe terminal clamps designed for connecting incoming cables to the cabinet’s busbar system.
The intelligent clamp design, combined with Triarca’s insulated One tool pin wrench, ensures fast, simple and reliable installation.
Three different IC variants are available, depending on the cable cross section.
Flexibility & Space Saving Design
IC terminal clamps can be mounted vertically above one another on the busbar system, allowing maximum space utilisation — the footprint is no larger than the width of a single clamp.
For larger cable dimensions, the clamps can be offset (1 2 1) or mounted diagonally, offering improved ergonomics and easier cable handling during installation.
Easy Installation
Both the tightening of the conductor inside the clamp and the attachment to the busbar system are performed using one and the same tool:
Triarca’s insulated One tool pin wrench — the very same tool used across all system components in Triarca’s cable cabinet solutions.
This ensures consistent handling and reduces the number of tools needed on site.
Compliance with National & International Standards
When used together with Triarca’s type tested KSE P and Trilite® P cable cabinets featuring IP20 4 conductor busbar systems, the IC connection sets form part of a fully compliant low voltage supply solution — meeting both national and international standards for public electrical distribution networks.
