Triarca’s FSD switch disconnector and loop switch is a 4 pole switching unit designed for safe interruption or continuation of power within low voltage distribution networks.
The unit features an integrated hook mounting system, allowing quick and hassle free installation in Triarca cable cabinets equipped with the IP20 busbar system.
Both the FSD switch disconnector, the loop switch, and their associated cable terminal clamps are mounted using one single tool:
848606 — Triarca Insulated 5 mm Allen Key with 3/8” square holder.
This simplifies installation, improves safety, and ensures consistent assembly across all Triarca components.
Minimise Downtime
With Triarca’s insulated “One tool” system, each phase can be individually disconnected or energised.
For even greater operational flexibility, a bypass setup can be created by installing two FSD switch disconnectors together with loop switches in the same cabinet.
This allows the cabinet’s busbars to be completely de energised without interrupting the entire distribution line, significantly reducing downtime during maintenance or upgrades.
