The intelligent Water Alarm detects leaking water at a height as low as 1.5 mm. It reacts locally with audible beeps and makes connected smart color lamps flash blue as a visual warning. Additional damage can be prevented by automatically disconnecting networked electrical devices from the power supply through automations.
At the same time, the “Water Alarm” service immediately sends a push notification — including a live image from your smart cameras — directly to your smartphone. You can instantly see what has happened and quickly contact the emergency center using the in-app emergency call button.
Even if your washing machine is located far away in the basement, that’s no problem: thanks to the Smart Plug Compact, you can extend the radio signal range of your Water Alarm to remote rooms. Another advantage: if a mop or pet accidentally moves the device, you’ll also receive a notification via the app.
