Wiper AM VU 50 x 60 x 7/10 PUR

Wiper AM VU is a single acting scrapper ensuring that foreign particles are not introduced into the hydraulic cylinders, avoiding wear and damage to all the internal components including seals. On the outer diameter, a metal caged ring is vulcanized onto the PU body. APPLICATION: Especially used in heavy construction machinery that operate in the open field, telescopic cylinders, cranes, mining equipment and loading platforms. INSTALLATION: Wiper is pressed into axially open housings. Special equipment should be used during this process. It is very important that the assembly tools must be of soft material and have no sharp edges. Before installation the wiper must be oiled with system oil. NOTE: The metal caged ring ensures the functionally correct fit of the wiper in the installation housing due to a press fit allowance. The design of the metal caged ring leaves only a small surface area open to attack by corrosive media.
