ZA-550 is a high technology corrosion protection product for repair and maintenance. Excellent protection against
corrostion and perfect finish in one product.
Especially suitable for parts that are going to be welded, or for the aftertreatment of these. Spot welding is possible
directly through the coating. Can be applied on all iron- and metalparts, like e.g. ventilation systems, pipebendings,
oil coolers, tools, steel constructions, steel doors, steel frames, heat exchangers, railings and bridge
parts. The speciel composition of plate-shaped Aluminium- and globular Zincpigments, gives ZA-550 the
benefits from both pigment types.
Cathodic protection in a corrosive environment, (at the presence of an electrolyte, e.g. moisture), and the ability
to resist sudden high temperatures, up to 480°C, and keep at perfect finish at the same time.
Can be painted and adhers to all metal surfaces and most plastic surfaces.
