Zelio RM35 is a series of advanced control relays which is easy to mount on a DIN-rail.
The series are made for applications where additional settings are required compared to the simple control relays.
Furthermore the RM35 series includes relays for special application like pump control, elevator machine rooms, speed monitoring and motor protection.
RM35UB330 is a control relay for detection of overvoltage and undervoltage in a 3-phase application.
Voltage thresholds are set as a window function on each side of the measured value.
The measurement is done directly at the supply terminals in the top and the output contacts are located in the bottom.
The relay has 2 individual outputs which both are activated if the measured voltage is within the voltage limits.
Output R1 switch state if an overvoltage is detected and output R2 changes state if an undervoltage is detected.
Both outputs have an adjustable time delay before they switch state.
On the front of the relay are 5 dials for setting up the relay:
The first dial adjust the voltage between the 3 phases in the application (220, 380, 400, 415, 440 or 480VAC).
The second and third dials adjust the setpoint of the upper and lower voltage. The value can be 2..20% of the value on the first dial.
The fourth and fifth dial in the bottom adjust a time delay on the outputs R1 and R2 at either overvoltage or undervoltage.
RM35UB330 is self powered through the measuring terminals on the top and can be used with both 50Hz and 60Hz supply voltage.
The control relay has 2 C/O output contacts with a maximum load of 5A.
On the front of the relay is 3 LED's for indication of the relay status:
The top yellow dial indicate when the voltage is below the upper limit.
The middle green LED indicate that the relay is powered on.
The bottom yellow LED indicate when the voltage is above the lower limit.
