Zelio RXG are a series of plug-in relays with a width of only 16 mm and robust faston connectors which is compatible with similar relays from other vendors.
The relays are available with 1 C/O contact with 10A or 2 C/O contacts with 5A maximum load and it is possible to get them with or without lockable testbutton and status LED.
A protection module (diode, varistor or RC-circuit) can be inserted into the socket if needed.
The sockets RGZE1S35M and RGZE1S48M has separate terminals for supply and load which simplify troubleshooting and mounting of the relays.
RXG22BDPV is a complete plug-in relay mounted into a RGZE1S48M socket with a maintaining clamp, which secure that the relay stays in the socket even in an environment with vibrations.
The socket has a varistor interserted for protection against voltage spikes generated by coils in the panel.
The varistor module has also a build-in LED for indication of supply to the relay.
RXG22BDPV has 2 C/O AgSn contacts with a maximum load of 5A and build-in lockable testbutton and LED.
The testbutton can be activated momentary by pushing the blue pushbutton on the front and locked by flipping up the green part.
There is a mechanical indicator just above the testbutton, where an orange flag indicate the relay status.
A green LED will also be illuminated when the relay is powered.
It has a build-in legend for easy marking of each relay.
The relay has a lifetime of 100.000 cycles (depending on load).
Supply voltage to the RXG22BDPV is 24 VDC and average coil consumption is 0,53W.
Minimum switching current on the contacts are 10mA.
Additional marking of the socket can be done with the RSZL300 legend which is easialy mounted on the sockets.
It is possible to connect up to 8 relays together with the busjumper RGZS08 which is available as an accessory for the sockets.
The RSB series is certified for both UL and CSA for use in USA and Canada.
