Konsolidering hos Lemvigh-Müller
Lemvigh-Müller ruller en ny strategi ud. For at sikre klart ejerskab for de mange strategiske initiativer og tæt sammenhæng mellem aktiviteterne på tværs af værdikæden har bestyrelsen ønsket at konsolidere direktionen, og adm. dir. Morten Trolle er derfor fratrådt efter gensidig aftale.
Lemvigh-Müllers nye strategi skal positionere virksomheden som den foretrukne forretningspartner for industrien, installationssektoren og byggebranchen på både kunde- og leverandørsiden. Strategien rummer tre strategiske spor og en lang række konkrete projekter og aktiviteter, som bl.a. har fokus på at bringe Lemvigh-Müller helt i front i forhold til grøn omstilling, digitalisering og best in class-kundeoplevelser.
For at kunne eksekvere så effektivt som muligt på strategien har bestyrelsen valgt at konsolidere direktionen til to sideordnede direktører, Christian Herbert og Christian Søgaard-Christensen. Den konsolidering giver en tilsvarende konsolidering af ejerskabet for de mange strategiske initiativer og sikrer, at der er tæt sammenhæng mellem aktiviteterne på tværs af værdikæden.
Som et led i konsolideringen er det efter gensidig overenskomst besluttet, at adm. dir. Morten Trolle fratræder sin stilling i Lemvigh-Müller. Morten Trolle har gennem mange år lagt en stor indsats i Lemvigh-Müller og har været med til at sikre, at det fundament, virksomheden skal bygge fremtiden på, er stærkt.
Christian Herbert har fremadrettet ansvaret for virksomhedens markedsvendte funktioner, og Christian Søgaard-Christensen har ansvaret for de operationelle funktioner og stabsfunktionerne.
Consolidation at Lemvigh-Müller
Lemvigh-Müller is launching a new strategy. To ensure clear ownership of the many strategic initiatives and a close connection between the activities across the value chain, Lemvigh-Müller’s Board of Directors has decided to consolidate the Management Committee and after mutual agreement, CEO, Morten Trolle has stepped down.
Lemvigh-Müllers new strategy is to position the company as the preferred business partner for both customers and suppliers in the industry, the installation sector and the construction industry. The strategy contains three strategic tracks and a number of concrete projects and activities, which among other things focus on bringing Lemvigh-Müller to the forefront in relation to green transformation, digitalisation and best-in-class customer experience.
To be able to implement the strategy as effectively as possible, the Board of Directors has chosen to consolidate the Management Committee to two equal directors, Christian Herbert and Christian Søgaard-Christensen. This consolidation implies a corresponding consolidation of the ownership of the many strategic initiatives, ensuring a close connection between the activities across the value chain.
As part of the consolidation, it has after mutual agreement been decided that CEO, Morten Trolle will step down from his position in Lemvigh-Müller. Morten Trolle has for many years made a huge contribution to Lemvigh-Müller and has been part of ensuring that the foundation on which the company will build the future on is a strong one.
Going forward, Christian Herbert will be responsible for Lemvigh-Müllers market-facing activities and Christian Søgaard-Christensen for business operations and staff functions.
