Twisted model that reduces the axial and radial powers that occur doing the countersink process because of the newly developed cutting geometry of V-NX.
Three different convex inserts in relation to three odd inclines enables smooth machining.
Furthermore increases the specially designed AlTiN-coating abrasion resistance and heat hardness, which gives good results in almost all materials and applications and increases tool life.
For all ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as for hard and soft plastics. General purpose chamfering/deburring and countersinking tool, e.g. for tapping size holes.
These countersinks are especially suited for their „chatter-free" operation and are easy to re-sharpen.
