Returns and compalints
You can always send merchandise back to Lemvigh-Müller. All you have to do is document that the product was bought through us and that it is undamaged and in intact packaging. If you have received incorrect, incomplete or faulty merchandise, you should complain immediately.
- Returning in-stock products: A merchandise return form must be completed. Call Customer Service or fill out the Returns Form online
- Returning special order goods: Special order goods and exceptionally large amounts of in-stock goods require the acceptance of the supplier and crediting will only occur after the supplier has credited Lemvigh-Müller.
