CA 6472 er et uundværligt instrument, hvor der laves service og kontrol af jordingsanlæg samt analyse af jordmodstandsforhold, effektivt og præcist. CA 6472 is able to measure all known measuring methods. If you connect the multi functional instrument to the CA 6472 amplifier unit CA 6474, also called Pylonbox, via a communication cable. It together gives new possibilities in analyzing the earthing system on high voltage pylons. CA 6472 measuring by using the the switch these measurements: Resistance measurements mΩ, 2 or 4 pole at 16VDC. The measurement is done automatically by switching polaritet by means of a DC voltage. If the resistance is less than 20 Ω, there will be a current on 200mA. Measuring of loop resistance on earth 3or 4 pole (4 pole with or without clamp). Selective measurement of loop resistance for earth is made on a 4 pole connection and a current clamp. The measurements shall be made by AC voltage. Resistance measurement 4 pole using the Wenner or Schlumberger method. The Schlumberger method is the fastest measurement, but requires that the instrument is accurate. The distances is typed in before the measurement. CA 6472 calculates and shows the results directly in the display. The measurements shall be made by AC voltage.
