The XB4 and XB5 series emergency stop comply with EN/IEC 60204-1, 60364-5-53, EN/ISO 13850 and the Machine Directive 2006/42/EC.
They are available with both turn-to-release and pull-to-release functions and with and without key for resetting.
Harmony XB5 series in plastic are very robust and can be used in a wide range of industries and also the food & beverage industry where the plastic is resistant to cleaning agents.
The protection rating are IP66, IP67, IP69 (ISO) and IP69K (DIN) and the operating temperature can be between -40..70 degrees celcius.
XALK178W3B140E is a complete emergency stop control station including a head, contact blocks and LED illumination.
The emergency stop head has a 40 mm mushroom shaped head in red color with a turn-to-release function.
The build-in emergency stop legend has 2 set of LED-rings in red and white color which is supplied with 24V AC/DC.
With the red color it is easy to identify an activation of the emergency stop and the white color makes it easier to locate an emergerncy stop even i dark environments.
The control station is mounted with 1xNC and 1xNO contacts.
The emergency stop legend is marked with 2 emergency stop symbols according to the IEC standard.
NOTE.: Be aware the LED illumination require a separate power supply.
