The Exact PipeBevel 360E is a portable and lightweight pipe bevel that produces consistently good results for on-site pipe beveling. With this machine, you make easy, fast and uniform chamfers for a variety of steel and stainless steel pipe materials. Setup is quick and simple. The clean and user-friendly design makes it quick to mount on pipe sizes 110 mm – 360 mm and up with a maximum wall thickness of 10 mm. The built-in stop function enables and makes it easy for the operator to make similar additional chamfers to the same outside diameter of the pipe. This dramatically reduces cycle times and ultimately improves workflow. The cutting heads for the PipeBevel 360E are available in the most commonly used bevel angles (30°, 37.5° and 45°). It is also possible to make different 'tailor made' chamfer angles if required. The cutting head must be ordered separately due to the varying bevel angle required. The chamfer cutting head has 3 plates, each of which has 4 cutting surfaces to rotate. Thanks to this, you will have an extended service life for the bevel plates. plates can also be ordered separately. The machine's user interface is similar to Exact pipe saws, making it easy for the operator to adapt after cutting a pipe with any Exact pipe saw. Suitable for steel and stainless steel pipes.
