The IDEAL Networks R164007 FiberTEK III Combination MM/SM Module Kit, with LED MM sources and laser SM sources, is used for Tier 1 certification of high bandwidth single mode and multimode cabling. It is compatible with all LanTEK II and LanTEK III models. The cable testing modules feature an autotest, attenuation/insertion loss (dB) and fiber link length measurements, plus active fiber detection to quickly identify polarity. They support all common connector types. The multimode modules are Encircled Flux compliant. Setup Wizard offers selection of field calibration & measurement modes. Attached covers protect test ports from contamination. The IDEAL Networks R164007 kit includes 2 multimode and 2 single mode FiberTEK III modules, SC, FC & ST adapters for modules (2 each), SC-SC patch cords, 6x 9µm, 6x 50µm compliant to ISO/IEC 14763-3 standard, quick reference guide and lockable semi-rigid carrying case.
