ROCOL® FOODLUBE HT240 is a non-toxic, water resistant lubricant designed primarily for the effective lubrication of all types of high temperature chains & conveyors operating in food, pharmaceutical and other clean environments.
ROCOL FOODLUBE HT240 is ideal for high temperature bakery chains although it is an excellent all round lubricating fluid containing additives to boost performance.
ROCOL FOODLUBE HT240 also offers excellent water wash-off resistance and corrosion protection necessary for lubricants used in food, pharmaceutical and other clean environments.

ROCOL FOODLUBE HT240 exhibits good penetration and load carrying properties ensuring that the product lubricates and protects inside rollers, links, pins etc.
ROCOL FOODLUBE HT240 is highly adhesive providing excellent water wash-off resistance and corrosion protection.
ROCOL FOODLUBE HT240 has an extremely low evaporation rate resulting in a long wet life at high temperatures for maximum lubricant economy.
The low residue formation ensures that the ROCOL FOODLUBE HT240 can operate cleanly over extended service intervals.
Directions for Storage and Use
ROCOL FOODLUBE HT240 can be applied directly to the chain by dipping, brush or oilcan.
ROCOL FOODLUBE HT240 is suitable for automatic lubricators and should be used in accordance with the lubricator manufacturers instructions.
Continuous use of ROCOL FOODLUBE HT240 at extreme temperatures may require more frequent application.
The storage temperature should be controlled between +1°C and +40°C.
Shelf life is 3 years from date of manufacture.
