ROCOL® FOODLUBE Ultra is a beige, highly adhesive, non-toxic lubricant designed for the effective lubrication of slides, cams, gears, O rings and plain bearings operating in food, pharmaceutical and other clean environments.
FOODLUBE Ultra is an NLGI No. 2/3 grease demonstrating excellent high load, EP performance where a highly tenacious lubricant is required. It is ideal in fast moving linear applications such as cams, guides, reciprocating slides and O rings where conventional lubricants are pushed off the operating surfaces.
FOODLUBE Ultra is highly resistant to water wash-off and provides excellent corrosion protection for a wide variety of applications commonly found in the food, pharmaceutical and similar clean environments.

FOODLUBE Ultra offers an excellent wide temperature resistance of -15°C to +160°C.
FOODLUBE Ultra cartridge has metal detectable plastic components (end caps) capable of detection by most metal detection equipment.
It exhibits excellent EP performance with a 4 ball weld load of 250 kg.
FOODLUBE Ultra is a tenacious, highly adhesive, long lasting film.
FOODLUBE Ultra is highly resistant to water wash-off and offers excellent corrosion protection.

Directions for Storage and Use
FOODLUBE Ultra can be applied manually, by grease gun, keg pump or by other methods suitable for an NLGI No. 2/3 grease.
FOODLUBE Ultra is compatible with other clay thickened greases. However, for best results the previous lubricant should be removed prior to application.
The storage temperature should be controlled between +1°C and +40°C.
Shelf life is 3 years from date of manufacture.
Typical Applications
FOODLUBE Ultra does not contain: mineral hydrocarbons, animal derived materials, nut oils or genetically modified ingredients.
