Karnasch carbide tipped annular cutter HARD-LINE is made with a conical helix for clean chip flow and highest cutting ability even with difficult material.
Please remember Karnasch ejector pin 792201271 "6,34 x 102 mm" that match Karnasch Carbide Tipped annular cutters with Nitto/Weldonshank HARD-LINE 55 (=Cutting depth 55 mm) in diameter Ø 12-17,5 mm.
USAGE:
Besides maximum cutting capacity in all kind of steels provide only carbide tipped annular cutters:
Drilling in hardened steel up to 40 Rockwell [HRC] and strength of 1400 N
Drilling in all sorts of stainless steel
Drilling in most difficult alloys [Hardox/Inconel/Titan]
Drilling also excellent in all non-ferrous material such as alu, copper, brass and similar.
Combination shank NITTO KOHKI "ONE TOUCH" / WELDON SHANK 19 MM (3/4")
Observe that there is only one Weldon clamping face.
