remote dimmer consumer, 500 VA Building systems technology in very general terms comprises electrical and electronic equipment and automation devices for industrial, commercial and private buildings. These equipment and devices range from bell transformers to the Dupline bus system. Cross-system components are suitable for both the SI impulse system and the Dupline bus system. Compatible output signals (e.g. 24 V DC or potential-free relay) also allow these components to be used for other automation systems. These devices function completely independently. Lighting control devices, depending on the design, allow the control of different lighting equipment. The main focus is the capability to smoothly adjust the lighting in order to create lighting scenes. The control devices have different power and available input signals in addition to the type of controllable lighting. Power units for light intensity control of all standard type of illuminations, such as e.g. incandescent lamps, high-voltage and low-voltage halogen lamps with electric or conventional transformers. The load modules are suitable for connection to a control unit (RUD 2, SIDI 2), or to the LSG 1 lighting scenes control device. Parallel connection at output side of two LT 1200 is also possible. Selecting the end stages then enables flexible adaption of the control power to the lamp load. If the operating mode has been set incorrectly, or in the event of a short-circuit, the LT 500 and LT 12000 will automatically disconnect the load. In addition, both devices are equipped with thermal overload protection, electronic short-circuit cut-out, overvoltage protection and a soft-start function. The load output stages are also provided with electronic half-wave balancing and idle monitoring. This ensures the prevention of magnetic bias when conventional mains transformers are connected and of overvoltages when idling. Up to 10 load units can be actuated via the Puls Width Modulation (PWM) signal output of a remote dimmer, a dimmer control unit or a lighting scene control device, and can be operated either in a normal or reverse phase control mode. It is also permissible to connect two stages in parallel at the output side.Selection of the output stages thus enables the control to be flexibly adapted to the lamp load. Features: dimming power LT 500: 10 VA - 500 VA (2 MW), dimming power LT 1200: 10 VA - 1200 VA (4 MW), leading and trailing edge dimmers, parallel switching of two LT 1200 possible at the output (2150 VA)
