FAST is provided with a strap which is attached to the bracket with two screws (4.2 mm). This prevents screws directly into the pipe. FAST mounting brackets can be used as wall support for uninsulated visibly mounted ducts in the dimensions ø63 - ø160 mm, cf. DS428.4, duct mounting type F. Two pieces shall be used. 4.2 mm screws for securing the strap around the ducts and the bearing distance must not exceed 2 meters. In general, FAST can be used as a carrier in cases where there is no risk of the channel falling under a fire. FAST is available in two sizes, L = 75 mm or L = 110 mm. FAST is fitted with ø9 mm mounting holes.
