SLF is a flexible silencer with sleeve dimensions. SLF consists of a flexible, perforated inner tube covered with 25 mm mineral wool. The outer sheath is made of polyethylene. SLF can be used as a silent connection between luminaire and duct. SLF has good damping properties, especially in the low frequencies. (Pay attention to sound radiation through the outer casing). SLF is supplied compressed but must be mounted extensively for best damping. Standard length 600mm is compressed to 250mm. Standard length 1200mm is compressed to 550mm. All silencers have been tested according to ISO 7235.
