The performance from a solar panel is affected by the temperature, and measured current and voltage must therefore be temperature corrected in order to be compared with the data sheet.
The Metrel A1400 PV Temperature Probe can be mounted on the back of the solar panel for measuring cell temperature or placed in the open air for measuring ambient temperature.
The A1400 can either be connected to the solar cell tester via cable or via the Metrel A1378 Eurotest PV Remote.
