Zelio RXM are a series of industrial plug-in relays, designed for both simple and complex automation systems.
The relays are available with 2 C/O (12A), 3 C/O (10A) or 4 C/O (6A) contacts and it is possible to get them with lockable testbutton and status LED.
A special 4 C/O version with gold plated contacts for low energy switching is also available.
A protection module (diode, varistor or RC-circuit) can be inserted into the socket if needed.
The sockets are availble with either mixed terminals or with seperate terminals depending on the prefered solution.
RXM4GB1F7 is a plug-in relay for mounting in a RXZE socket.
RXM4GB1F7 has 4 C/O gold plated contacts with a maximum load of 3A and build-in lockable testbutton.
The testbutton is activated momentary by pushing the red pushbutton on the front and locked by flipping up the green part.
There is a mechanical indicator right next to the testbutton, where an orange flag indicate the relay status.
It has a build-in legend for easy marking of each relay.
Gold plated contacts are used for switching loads with low voltage and current (<10 mA).
They are also suited for corrosive environments where oxidation of the contacts can occur.
The relay has a lifetime of 100.000 cycles (depending on load).
Supply voltage to the RXM4GB1F7 is 120 VAC and average coil consumption is 1,2VA.
Minimum switching current on the contacts are 3mA at 5V.
The relay is delivered without a socket but can be used together with the RXZE sockets for relays with 4 contacts.
To protect against vibrations, the maintaining clamp RXZR335 in plastic or the RXZ400 in metal can be added to the socket.
For complience with Lloyd's register, the RXZR335 maintaining clamp is needed for marine applications.
Further marking of the relay can be done with the RXZL420 clip-on legends which can be attached to the socket.
The RXM series has UL and CSA approval for use in USA and Canada
