230V 1-channel master detector, long range for flush mounting box
This presence detector is a master detector with a long range for automatic lighting control.
Extend the range with a 230V secondary detector (353-700021) or combine it with other P41 230V secondary detectors in the P40/M40 series
Save time on installation without use of tools
The detector is specially designed for mounting in a standard flush-mounting box. The screwless and easy accessible plug-in terminals make the detector easy to install.
Reliable detecting range tested according to IEC63180
The Niko P40 and M40 detector series have been tested according to the IEC63180 standard by a third party in a controlled environment. Automatic repeated tests ensure a reliable range.
Functions
• Detection range: Ø37 m at a mounting height of 3 meters
• Detection range can be increased with up to 10 secondary detectors (353-700021)
• Wireless communication between master and secondary detectors with repeater function
• Adjustable PIR sensitivity (4 levels) in 3 x 120°
• Settings and configuration can be locked with a PIN code
• Robust potential-free relay - handles all types of loads and light sources, including LED
Lighting control
• Automatic on/off
• Manual on/off via 230V push button with automatic switch-off
• Only switch on via 230V push button with automatic switch-off
• Niko 230V push button can be used (170-70015)
Wireless commissioning
• Easy and quick commissioning and programming of the detector with Niko´s user-friendly app, Niko detector tool
• 2-way Bluetooth® communication ensures quick commissioning and immediate feedback in the app
• Event log registres the recent configuration changes
• Web-based portal for documentation, back-up and exchange of configuration files
Timeless design
The detector has a flat and discreet design making it blend in with the ceiling and fit into any interior. The colour can easily be changed to black simple by replacing the deco ring
