ROCOL® PUROL Spray Grease is ROCOL PUROL grease in an aerosol can for convenient application. It is a white, non-toxic lubricant designed for the effective lubrication and protection of seals, guides, bearings and blades particularly those operating in food, pharmaceutical and other clean environments where direct food contact is inevitable.
PUROL Spray Grease is particularly suitable for seals, mincer plates, mixers and slicers where food contact cannot be avoided.
PUROL Spray Grease is manufactured under controlled conditions necessary for the production of a 3H full food contact lubricant.
PUROL Spray Grease is also available as a bulk grease and as a fluid called PUROL and PUROL Fluid. Features and Benefits
PUROL Spray Grease offers an excellent wide temperature resistance of -10°C to +110°C.
It exhibits outstanding EP performance with a weld load of 355 kg.
PUROL Spray Grease has good oxidation stability resulting in extended relubrication intervals and a reduction in lubricant usage.
PUROL Spray Grease is ideal for use as a direct food contact release agent as well as a lubricant for seals. Directions for Storage and Use
Shake the can thoroughly before spraying.
Hold can upright and apply from a distance of 15-30 cm (6-12 inches).
Ensure adequate ventilation.
Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material.
Check compatibility with painted or coated surfaces, plastics and rubbers if the product is liable to contact these materials.
ROCOL PUROL should not be mixed with any other lubricant as cross contamination may void the 3H registration. All traces of any previous lubricants should be removed prior to application.
The storage temperature should be kept below +50°C, and the storage area should be out of direct sunlight.
Shelf life is 3 years from date of manufacture. Specifications
