Harmony XB4/ZB4 pushbuttons in metal is designed for control panel and metal cabinets.
The pushbuttons is simple to mount in a 22 mm hole and stay in place because of the gasket on the back of the head.
With a simple click, the body is attached to the pushbutton head and the body secured with the 3-point fixation which works as a ground connection.
The contact blocks and light modules are attacted to the body and depending on the kombination, a total of up to 9 modules can be mounted on the back.
Harmony XB4 metal series are extremely robust which makes it suitable for a wide range of industries.
The protection rating are IP66, IP67, IP69 (ISO) and IP69K (DIN) and the operating temperature can be between -40..70 degrees celcius.
ZB4BA98 is a pushbutton head in metal for flush mounting with spring return and for insertion of colored caps without any tools.
It includes a set of 6 colored caps for the ZB5BA98 (White, Green, Red, Orange, Yellow and Blue).
The front cap can be removed for inserting a circular lable under the cap for marking of the pushbutton.
Labels for insertion are available with standard text in selected languages or as blank labels for individual marking.
It is also possible to mount a integral LED on the back of the pushbutton for illumination of the front face.
For ZB4BA98, the seperate body (ZB4BZ009) is used together with the contact blocks (ZBE10x) and the light modules (ZBVx) depending on the supply voltage.
It is also possible to use the complete bodies assembled with both light and contact blocks (ZB4BW0Bxx, ZB4BW0Gxx or ZB4BW0Mxx).
It is important to use the correct light module (ZBVBx, ZBVGx or ZBVMx) in order to get the correct color.
For marking, the ZBYxxxx legend holders with blank legends for individual engraving can be used.
Otherwise the ZBZxx legend holders can be bought seperately and the standard ZBY0xxxx legends can be used.
NOTE: It is not possible to use the XB4/XB5 series in plastic enclosures.
