VIKING M55 arbor comes with a HSS pilot drill and suits bi-metalholesaws. Use this arbor for precision drilling where tighter tolerances are needed. The arbor is more firmly engaged with the holesaw which improves precision. Can be used for VIKING multi-purpose Carbide Cut hole saws as well. But for those you need a long drill either in HSS for wood drilling MPD4 or a Carbide tipped drill MPD4 for cutting brick like materials.
