Zelio RM35 is a series of advanced control relays which is easy to mount on a DIN-rail.
The series are made for applications where additional settings are required compared to the simple control relays.
Furthermore the RM35 series includes relays for special application like pump control, elevator machine rooms, speed monitoring and motor protection.
RM35LM33MW is a liquid level control relay for filling or emptying liquid fluids.
The relay has 3 input terminals for connecting individual rods:
C = Reference rod (could be the side of the vessel or a seperate rod)
Min = Low level rod
Max = High level rod
The relay has 3 different sensitivity ranges which is the same for both the filling and emptying function.
Ls = Low Sensitivity ranges from 250Ω-5kΩ
St = Standard Sensitivity ranges from 5kΩ-100kΩ
Hs = High Sensitivity ranges from 50kΩ-1MΩ
On the front of the relay are 4 dials for setting up the relay:
The first dial set the function of the relay to either a filling or emptying application.
On the same dial it is possible to chose the sensitivity range for the input sensors.
The second dial adjust the sensitivity scale from 5..100% of the selected sensitivity range
The third dial adjust the number of liquid levels and whether or not the output should have a time delay.
The fourth dial adjust a time delay on the output from 0,1..5 seconds.
The control relay has 2 C/O output contacts with a maximum load of 5A.
RM35LM33MW need a separate 24..240V AC/DC supply on the A1 and A2 terminals.
On the front of the relay is 3 LED's for indication of the relay status:
The top yellow LED indicate when a time delay is active.
The middle green LED indicate that the relay is powered on.
The bottom yellow LED indicate when the relay output is activated.
