Return conditions for technical products

Return conditions – technical products

We ensure that you can return products that you do not have use for as expected, in return for a small deduction if the following conditions are met:

  • The product has been purchased from Lemvigh-Müller
  • A return order has been created (see below)
  • The product and the original packaging are unused, complete and in marketable condition
  • The products are marked with item number and sorted (similar item numbers together)
  • The material certificate and traceability is intact
  • The product is returned postage paid to the agreed Lemvigh-Müller address.

If the product does not fulfil the above conditions, Lemvigh-Müller will not accept the returned product, which will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. The quicker you return the product or products, the less will be deduced from the price.

How to create a return merchandise order for technical products

A straightforward return of stocked products can be done on our webshop LMe-partner.dk or lemu.dk by logging on with your normal LMe-partner password. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service department at tel.: +45 3695 5101.

If the product you wish to return is a special order item, the product is incorrectly delivered or the product has been damaged at delivery, please contact our customer service department at tel.: +45 3695 5101.

If, on the other hand, the product you wish to return is faulty or under warrant, a fault description for the product must be created and the supplier must be contacted, please contact our sales department at tel.: +45 3695 5555.

When the return order is created, you must inform us of the following:

  • Account number
  • Product number
  • Amount
  • Delivery note number
  • Sales order number (only on returns vis webshop)
  • Reason for returning the product

Price reduction in connection with returning technical products

Returning goods to the store in which you purchased them is free within 5 days from the date of purchase. Otherwise, the following rules apply:

The minimum charge of for returning technical products is DKK 200.00.

‘Unknown special order items’ cannot be returned.

*  ‘Known special order items’ are products created with a fixed item number by Lemvigh-Müller A/S, but not stocked. Known special order items and extraordinary quantities of stocked products are returned subject to acceptance by our supplier. In such cases, crediting will only take place when the supplier has credited Lemvigh-Müller.
